Our standard kit for a full production: an LED wall running names, family photo montages and live camera feed; beam and wash lighting programmed to each performance's mood; cold pyro and CO2 jets reserved for exactly two or three moments - the couple's entry and the finale - so they stay thrilling. We deliberately avoid effect-spam; a cold pyro burst every ten minutes costs more and moves nobody. Every cue is programmed against the cue sheet, not fired on vibes.

Soundcheck happens in the afternoon with every microphone and track tested - never during guest arrival.
How Long Should the Performance Block Run?
Ninety minutes to two hours of staged performances is the honest maximum before even loving audiences fatigue - roughly ten to fourteen family acts plus two or three professional ones. We help families curate ruthlessly: combine cousins onto shared songs, cap each track at two and a half minutes, and protect the couple's performance as the emotional peak near the end. Can You Produce a Sangeet on a Lawn Instead of a Banquet?
Yes, and Udaipur's winter nights are made for it. Lawn sangeets need additional production - staging with weather-rated rigging, generator power sized for LED and sound, heaters in December and January, and a wet-weather fallback agreed with the venue. The reward is open sky, bigger staging possibilities and fireworks-adjacent effects that indoor venues cannot host.
